First, we want to start off by saying hi and send you a million thank yous. If you’re here, you want to learn more about who we are and what our story is. We hope to answer most if not all of your questions in this section.
Let’s get started
We are two sisters from Arizona who fell in love with being healthy not only physically but mentally as well. We found that physical and mental health coincide, and the more we focused on those areas, the more we gained control of every other aspect of our life. Our vision is to help people see their value, to truly fall in love with themselves, and most importantly to believe— to believe in themselves, to believe they are worthy just as they are, and also believe that they are capable of developing their full potential.
I am 24 years old. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University. Growing up, I was always an athlete. I played volleyball for 10 years and ran track for 2. When I stopped playing sports my senior year of high school, I gained a significant amount of weight. Going into my Freshman year of college, I was emotionally at one of the lowest points in my life. I would go days without eating because I was too busy dealing with other things. I then dropped a ton of weight without even meaning to. Shortly after, I started finding comfort in food and gained a lot of weight again really quickly. A lot of that year was a blur for me, but I remember the day it all changed.
I started doing research on food and the different things it did for your body. I went through book after book and was just amazed at how much I was missing. I did at-home workouts and started adding healthier items into my diet, which eventually lead to me getting a gym membership and changing my major. Day by day, I grew stronger, I grew more confident, and I grew happier. I have a healthy relationship with my body, the food I eat, and the exercises I put my body through. That is something everyone deserves to experience, and my goals, is to help as many people as I can get there.
For the past 5 years, I have studied health and fitness and used my knowledge to figure out how to be the healthiest and happiest person I could be. All throughout my life, I have been skinny. I could eat whatever I wanted and wouldn’t gain weight. I also struggled gaining any muscle, and what I did have, was really tough to maintain. Over the past few years, I decided to dedicate myself to eating healthy, working out, learning, and working. Ever since I have changed my lifestyle, I have noticed a huge difference in my everyday activities and my body itself.
Learning about the aspects of nutrition and exercise was the best decision I have ever made and I am looking forward to sharing my progress and knowledge with you all. Helping other women around the world learn about nutrition and exercise is my biggest motivation, and I can’t wait to help you feel more confident, happy, and healthy.
